1. Introduction

IM Standard LLC operates a blockchain-enabled platform, IndexMaker, where founders launch tokens/indices and users (“Participants”) review information and may engage in token-related activities. This Privacy Policy explains how IM Standard collects, uses, stores, discloses, protects, and assumes no liability for user data and activities on the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

2. Types of Users

The Platform serves Curators and Participants. Curators launch tokens and provide project information. Participants review information and interact with tokens. IM Standard does not provide investment, legal, financial, compliance, or securities advice.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information users provide (account info, project files, chat content), automatic data (IP, device, cookies), and blockchain data (wallets and transactions). IM Standard does not store private keys or seed phrases.

4. Verified Founders & Agreements

Verified Founders sign Launch Agreements (the “Agreements”) and undergo KYC/AML/Domain checks by third-party providers. IM Standard does not perform verification. Agreements are private, stored by IM Standard, and disclosed only if legally required.

5. Chat & Communication Disclaimer

IM Standard does not monitor, moderate, verify, or endorse chat content. Users participate at their own risk. IM Standard is not liable for chat content, actions, or reliance.

6. Personally Identifying Information Submitted by Users

Users should not upload unnecessary personal data. IM Standard does not intentionally store or retain such data and is not liable for exposure. IM Standard may delete such information without notice.
IM Standard will disclose information if legally required. Such information may become public to the extent legally required. IM Standard is not liable for such disclosures.

8. Trademark Notice

“IM Standard,” “IndexMaker,” and related marks are owned by IM Standard LLC. No one may use these marks for any purpose — especially for tokens, tickers, or crypto branding — without written consent.

9. User Responsibility & No Duty

Users are solely responsible for their content and activities on the Platform, or otherwise connected to, or related to the Platform. IM Standard owes no fiduciary duty or duty of care. Additionally, IM Standard is a self-custodial platform and does not store, access, control, recover, or have the ability to restore private keys, seed phrases, wallet access, or digital assets. Users are solely responsible for their own wallet security.

10. Token Legality & Securities Disclaimer

IM Standard does not determine token legality. If any token is later deemed a security or illegal in any jurisdiction, IM Standard is not liable in any manner or to any degree.

11. If User Conduct Causes Securities Classification

If actions by Founders, Participants, or third parties cause a token to be classified as a security or regulated financial instrument, IM Standard bears no liability.

12. Third-Party Conduct Disclaimer

IM Standard is not responsible for the actions of founders, participants, promoters, affiliates, vendors, blockchain networks, wallets, or exchanges.

13. No Platform Liability for Losses

IM Standard is not liable for financial loss, token loss, hacks, smart contract failures, or regulatory actions.

14. Indemnification

Users must defend and indemnify IM Standard from any and all claims, losses, investigations, liabilities, and legal fees arising from Platform use, content submissions, token activities, legal violations, regulatory matters, or disputes.

15. Governing Law — Wyoming

This Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16. Mandatory Binding Arbitration

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware. No class actions, jury trials, or group claims.

17. Cookies & Analytics

IM Standard uses cookies for security, functionality, analytics, and performance. Disabling cookies may limit functionality.

18. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

19. Modifications

IM Standard may update this policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Acknowledgment
